2020 Queen Contestants
Mikayla Duran is a senior at Caruthers High School. She is the daughter of Matthew and Tiffany Duran of Caruthers. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is involved in Varsity Volleyball, Varsity Basketball, Varsity Softball, and Varsity Cheer.
She is running for Caruthers District Fair Queen because she loves her community and wanted to meet new people. After high school, she plans to attend college and major in Elementary Education. She is very grateful for the opportunity to represent her hometown
as a Caruthers Fair Queen Candidate.
Tristan Ferrua is a senior at Caruthers high school. She is the daughter of Shawna and Dominic Ferrua of Caruthers. She enjoys being around family and friends. She is involved in varsity basketball, FFA, and Sports medicine. Tristan is running for Caruthers Fair Queen to support her wonderful community and have the chance to meet new people. She plans to attend Fresno State and major in psychology to pursue her dream of becoming a
children’s psychiatrist. She is excited to have the opportunity to represent her hometown as a Caruthers Fair Queen Candidate.
Lilly Helm is a Senior at Clovis Unified Online School. She is the daughter of Gerald & Lisa Helm and the granddaughter of Jerry and Beverly Helm & Jerry Willis of Caruthers. She enjoys riding her dirt bike, white water rafting, camping and spending time with family and friends. She is a long-time volunteer assisting with the setup of the Caruthers Fair Art Building. She is currently involved in the Clovis Unified Leadership program and was active in playing volleyball and softball. She currently attends Northwest Church of Fresno, Ca. She is running for Caruthers District Fair Queen to support her community and to challenge herself to rise above her
fears. She has been so excited at all the new people she has met in this endeavor. She plans on attending college and pursuing her Master’s Degree in Education. Lilly feels truly honored and blessed to have been able to run for Caruthers District Fair Queen.
Taylor Trigueiro is the daughter of Jimmy and Michelle Trigueiro from Caruthers. Her grandparents are Loranine Trigueiro and the late Bobby Trigueiro, and the late Frank and Nancy Panoo, all of Caruthers. She is a Senior at Kingsburg high school where she is highly involved in the FFA chapter. She serves on the FFA chapter
and sectional officer teams, shows livestock, and competes in numerous other FFA competitions. She is running for fair queen because she has great pride for her community. She has been looking forward to running for fair queen since she was crown bearer at the age of 6. Taylor plans to attend to either Oklahoma State or Cal Poly to major in Agriculture Education. She is extremely grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community that has raised her.

Proud parents Alicia and Loaland Brittsan. Sister to Mia and Mason. Mickayla is the granddaughter of Juana and Lorenzo Galaviz and Margarita and Loaland Brittsan. She enjoys swimming and spending time with her family.
