Queen Competition
Since 1923, the Caruthers District Fair has had the long-standing tradition of crowning a young lady from the Caruthers, Easton or Riverdale communities as Fair Queen. As our biggest fundraiser, the candidates sell raffle tickets, with the grand prize ticket being drawn on Saturday night of the fair - for a brand new car! The candidate which sells the most tickets is crowned Queen at our Opening Ceremonies and Coronation on Wednesday night of the fair.
